View 3 of 3This patient wanted to tighten the skin on the neck but did not want a traditional facelift. We used a procedure called a Direct Anterior Neck Lift to help him reach his goal. The scar is placed in the front of the neck but hides well when placed properly on the right patient. This only tightens skin on the front of the neck but the recovery is faster than a traditional face/neck lift.
