View 5 of 5Patient had previous saline breast augmentation by another provider and developed capsular contracture and has obvious deformity and breast ptosis. She elected to have her implants removed as well the underlying scar tissue (capsulectomy) and at the same time a breast lift (mastopexy) was performed.
