View 5 of 5Patient who underwent previous breast augmentation by another provider. She presented with bilateral capsular contracture and a ruptured silicone implant on the left. The rupture resulted in a silicone granuloma superior to the left breast extending into the left axilla/arm pit. Revision included removal of both implants, resection of the silicone granuloma, and bilateral capsulectomy (scar tissue removal). A secondary breast augmentation was then performed with new silicone breast implants.
