Breast Reduction
 Large breasts can cause pain, improper posture, rashes, breathing problems, skeletal deformities, and low self-esteem. Breast reduction surgery is usually done to provide relief from these symptoms. Performed under general anesthesia, the two- to four-hour procedure removes fat and glandular tissue and tightens skin to produce smaller, lighter breasts that are in a healthier proportion to the rest of the body. Short-scar techniques help hide scars and reduce the risk of post-operative sagging of the breasts.

Short-Scar Techniques
For many years, women who had breast reductions and breast lifts were left with prominent scars and the risk of the breasts drooping or flattening over time. Recently popularized short-scar techniques improve upon traditional breast reduction methods to avoid these problems.
Short-scar techniques involve making a lollipop-shaped incision in the breast. Tissue beneath the nipple and areole are left intact, allowing surgeons to consistently provide patients with attractively contoured breasts that stay high. The vertical scars are small and tend to heal well, without significant widening, wrinkling or other complications.

Breast Reconstruction
 Breast reconstruction restores a natural, symmetrical appearance to the bosom, maintains body proportion, allows clothes to fit better, and most important of all, boosts self-confidence for women who have lost one or both breasts to mastectomy or who lack breasts due to a congenital or developmental abnormality. Reconstructive surgeons strive to create a new breast and nipple that resemble the woman's natural breast as closely as possible in shape, size and position.

Nipple Reconstruction
Nipple reconstruction can provide a boost in self-confidence to patients who have inverted or stretched nipples or who lack one or both nipples due to mastectomy (surgical removal of the breast), injury or a congenital defect. It is often the final step in breast reconstruction surgery, where the nipple is created after the breast mound has settled into place so that the new nipple matches the appearance and position of the natural one as closely as possible.
